My goal is to nurture a child’s desire to learn, experience success and enjoy the uniqueness of our blended curriculum and programs. I have performed several observations and research throughout the years at various preschools and have come up with a blend of Montessori, High Scope, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf approaches while also understanding the importance of the theory of multiple intelligence in each individual. Each child has their own learning style. At Little Footprints Childcare, I support and integrate a program where a child can develop a positive appreciation for their own learning style. This, in turn, helps other children learn to love and respect each individual's uniqueness and style. 

 

My preschool program is in English and Spanish. I also include arts and crafts, music, reading books and integrating puppets, toys and various interactive props to promote interest and help children enjoy and love the gift of listening to story time. While enjoying our healthy and nutritious meals, I include a lesson plan about the food groups.
